Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Persons canceling more than 60 days in advance will receive a full refund, less a $500 booking fee. Cancellations between 59 – 30 days prior to departure date forfeit 50% of the tour price; less than 30 days forfeit 100% of trip price. There is no refund for a no show; however, every effort will be made to join up any late arrivals with the group.

Cancellation penalties may be waived if the person canceling can fill the vacancy. If you are concerned about a possible loss due to late cancellation, we strongly recommend you purchase a trip cancellation insurance policy.
